A seasoned DJ, Chef, and Idea-Man, Nik embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19 and has experienced every side of this industry. After facing the loss of his previous venture, Beast Gym, due to challenges of pandemic, Nik resiliently turned the page to embrace a new chapter in the food industry.

During a trip to Florence in 2019, the idea of a panini truck was born — a mobile haven for Tuscany's culinary delights. He immediately became focused on bringing the authentic flavors of Tuscany to the streets of New York.

Nik's commitment to excellence in the culinary world reached new heights when he emerged victorious in Gordon Ramsay's "Idiot Sandwich" competition. This achievement not only showcased his culinary prowess but also solidified his place among the industry's rising stars.

With an eye for aesthetics and a penchant for innovation, Cliff's creative talent is evident in every project he designs.

As an opening manager of Taihu Brewery, he sourced materials and features that crafted the brand. From conceptualization to execution, he ensures that every detail is on point.

Cliff joined forces with Nik in early 2021 to embark on a new venture. Together, they have crafted a fleet of food trucks and a juggernaut catering company. This collaboration also shaped the concept for Doublé, the duo’s trendy bar and restaurant, where Cliff's design expertise is showcased in full splendor.

He continues to cultivate the “vibe” across all Mad Man’s projects and creates spaces that encourage conversation and memories.

Meet Jack, the beating heart and little brother of Mad Man Hospitality Group. From the inception of our adventure, Jack has been the backbone. As our first employee, he’s witnessed every twist and turn of our journey. Originating from the world of beer distribution, Jack brings with him not just a wealth of industry knowledge but an impeccable palate for the finest brews.

His journey within the company is a testament to his versatility. From the sizzling griddles of the food trucks to the bustling atmosphere of our brick and mortar locations, Jack has done it all. Despite the myriad tasks on his plate, he always has a contagious smile and a knack for infusing humor into every situation. Need a laugh? Jack's your guy.

Step into Doublé and you'll be immediately drawn to Jill! Hailing all the way from Taiwan, Jill brings a touch of international flair and a motherly warmth to the Mad Man Hospitality family. Originally a manager at Taihu Brewery, Jill made the transcontinental leap to New York, and with her, she brought a wealth of experience and a spirit.

Since joining our family, she has become an instrumental force in the orchestration of our bar operations, ensuring that every patron experiences the magic of Doublé. You might even find her ringing our giant gong, dancing on the bar or laughing with patrons - a testament to the joy that radiates from every corner.
