Our Story

Mad Man Hospitality was created through a shared passion of gastronomy and design. In early 2021, the dynamic duo of Nik Barricelli and Cliff Huang united forces to establish their first food truck, Cento Percento.

As a COVID-era start up, the team had to be resilient… And by the summer of 2021, the world was recovering and MMH was propelled into action. Due to this incredible momentum, the truck family expanded with the addition of Fattys.

By the summer of 2023, the fleet featured three thriving food trucks and the duo unveiled their first bar, Doublé. This dynamic event space presented elevated bar bites, visionary design and lively weekly entertainment.

From the sizzling streets of Chicago to the bustling avenues of New York, MMH stands as a ever-evolving multi-city project. Fueled by an unyielding spirit, the team has worked tirelessly to unveil a second bar in 2024.

Along this crazy journey, whispers of disbelief have labeled them mad men. The truth is, the madness is deliberate - a relentless pursuit of growth, flavor, and experiences. MMH is more than a company… It's a declaration that, in the realm of culinary innovation, there are no limits.
